Illegal dumping site is spotted near Pak Ngau Shek (The entrance of Pak Ngau Shek Ha Village)

Construction & Demolition (C&D) waste has been found in the dumping site as shown in the picture. The height of the dumped material should be more than 2 meters height.

According to the Lam Tsuen Outline Zoning Plan (OZP) S/NE-LT/11, the degraded site is actually zoned as Green Belt (GB).

Tai Po District Lands Office has erected the stand showing the damaged area is actually a Government Land.
